It is the responsibility of the family to pay for the nanny’s flight, accommodation, food and drink, travel insurance and expenses to and from interview and airport. Travel insurance will be organised by Holiday Nanny – who have worked with insurers to create a bespoke insurance for our nannies – covering a number of factors unique to Holiday Nannying! The cost of the insurance is added to your final invoice.

We can put together alternative packages – there is no restriction on the length of package – we will be guided by your requirements – it is your holiday!

Our nannies will share a room with a child and can also be responsible for having a baby monitor overnight - there is a small supplement for both of these options.

As well as nannies, we can also supply maternity nurses to give full 5/6 day week, 24 hour coverage - please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will advise you of cost.

Payment terms: 50% on confirmation of booking, balance due no later than 28 days prior to the date of travel.

NB: Childcare ratios – no more than three children under 12 years of age per nanny of which no more than one child per nanny can be under age of 2 years at date of travel. We retain discretion on ratios when there are large groups of toddlers and small children.

* Families who book a Holiday Nanny over Christmas Day and/or New Years Day will incur an additional £50 for one of those dates or £100 for both of those dates.
** Please note that we only take bookings for the Standard Plus package for holidays over Christmas Day.
